Our sales people have direct contact with each design and production department enabling them to quickly respond to orders and provide the most accurate information to our customers.

Structural Design -- Our structural design engineering provides the foundation for an effective packaging program. Once a style and design have been determined, laser-plotted prototypes are assembled and sent to our customers along with a complete proposal. In some applications, one of our standard constructions may be the most economical alternative.

Graphic Design -- MOD-PAC's experienced graphic designers can provide our customers with complete innovative artwork that is created for a specific audience. All work is created digitally and archived for easy access. Our design engineers can also accept digital files. We use the latest versions of the most popular software and will bridge the gap between our customers' designers and our process capabilities.

Pre-press -- Our pre-press functions are all accomplished digitally in-house with state-of-the-art equipment. Approved digital files are output directly to printing plates, saving time and improving quality over traditional film methods.

Printing and Special Coatings -- Offset lithographic printing with advanced color management provides high quality and up to 6 colors in one pass. Special coatings such as aqueous, blister coat and UV can be applied for aesthetic purposes and durability. Hot stamping is also available.

Die Cutting -- MOD-PAC's advanced computerized die pre-press and die cutting systems allow high speed; precision and flexibility to fill a wide range of die requirements. All phases of die making and cutting are done so customers receive precision cartons for their filling lines.

Finishing and Bindery – MOD-PAC's finishing capabilities include precision gluing processes, windowing and bar coding for inventory management and in-line security tag application. Our capabilities also include numerous folding and stitching machines to accommodate a variety of print configurations. All completed orders are audited by our quality assurance personnel prior to shipment.
