Daniel G. Keane
President and Chief Executive Officer
Appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2003, Daniel Keane has held the position of President of MOD-PAC since 1998. From 1993 to 1998 he served in various management capacities at MOD-PAC. Mr. Keane was also employed at Bankers Trust Company from 1987 to 1990 where he held various management positions. Mr. Keane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics modified with Mathematics from Dartmouth College and a M.B.A. from Duke University.
Chief Financial Officer
Nicole Kane was approved as the Chief Financial Officer in January 2020. Prior to Joining MOD-PAC, Ms. Kane previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the Medical Devices subdivision of Filtration Group,(Buffalo Filter). Throughout her 16 year career with Buffalo Filter and Filtration Group, Ms. Kane held various management positions with focus on strategic initiatives, margin improvement and cash management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master’s in Business Administration from Medaille College.
Philip C. Rechin
Vice President of Sales
Phil Rechin began his career at MOD-PAC in 1986 as the Finished Goods Supervisor. He has served as Vice President of Sales since 2000. Mr. Rechin has a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Buffalo State College and is APICS certified.
Chief Operations Officer
Mark Corrao was selected as Vice President of Operations in May of 2017. Mr. Corrao received his B.S. in Industrial Technology from Buffalo State College and his MBA from Nova University in South Florida. Mark brings extensive Operations Management experiences from Fortune 150 companies early in his career where he studied and implemented TOC Principles and Lean Manufacturing techniques. The past 15 years Mark held Senior level Management positions in the Tobacco Industry.
